  WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We currently ship orders on Tuesdays & Thursdays. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Please Note: Shipping Estimates refer to the time our shipping partners estimate the SHIPPING to take . Please allow for the processing of your order prior to moving to the final step of shipping.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We do not offer refunds but we do offer replacements in the event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete. Just let us know 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT ? 

 

Once your order is updated to shipped by our shipping partners any missing packages must be investigated through them directly. We use both USPS AND UPS for our U.S.orders. Your tracking number will let you know who handled your shipping.
